  • Plan out what you want to shoot

  • Write out the purpose of the content you are creating

  • Create a mood board of images that you love and use them as a reference when planning your photoshoot

  • Take an inventory of what resources you have around you and be creative with what you have

  • Plan out the different camera angles you want to create

  • Make sure that the subject you are shooting is well lit - using natural light or a lamp 

  • Edit your photograph with what you have available. Usually, smartphones or computers have basic editing applications you can use. Keep your editing simple and only adjust the brightness, contrast and highlights. 

  • Plan what time of day you are going to shoot, so you can know what your light source will be

  • Keep practising and creating the images you want to create. It takes time to find what your style is and what you want to see.
