WE BEGIN WITH…

Taking the time to get to know ourselves and our business idea.

When starting out in setting up a business, it is important to begn by working out what is important to you, what are your values, your vision for the future and what kind of life you hope to live.

We begin on Week 1 by really digging deep into yourself and asking yourself honest questions about what you want from your life. Exploring your current lifestyle and dreaming big about the life and lifestyle you want. Examining what your strengths are and what you could work on.

The first week is really digging deep into yourself and asking yourself these honest questions about what you want out of your life and business. Questioning if your current lifestyle is what you want, dreaming big about the life and lifestyle you want, examining what your strengths are and what you could work on.

Be honest with your answers, but also be kind to yourself. There are no right or wrong answers, this is all about you.

Give yourself permission to dream big about what you really want, and then down the line, you can figure out how to make it a reality.

WEEK 1 BOOK

Week 1 Book 2.png

This week we are highlighting - The E-Myth Revisited: Why Most Small Businesses Don't Work and What to do about it by Michael E. Gerber

This book dives into the struggles that small business owners face. When they are trying to be the maker, the content creator, the accountant, the manager etc and how we all have different personalities suited for different roles.

Gerber talks about creating systems within your organisation, separating yourself from your business so that you are not working in your business, but on your business. How to have a life outside your business and how to set yourself up for success.

There some great exercises that challenge you to look at the bigger picture of your future, asking you how you want your life to be and how you want your business to be.

Definitely worth a read!
