Amie Boyle is the business owner behind the brand Letter and Lime Design. We had the pleasure of interviewing them to hear more about what they do, understand their journey and over all passions.

What does Letter and Lime Design do?

Letter and Lime Design offers bespoke wedding stationery, which is designed to suit couples personalities! I help couples impress their wedding guests from letterbox to reception!

 Can you tell us a bit about yourself and what inspired you to set up Letter and Lime Design?

My name is Amie, I’m a graphic designer, and my passion is wedding stationery! I’ve always had a love of art and design from a young age and followed this route to university where I studied both a degree and masters in Design for Creative Practice at University of Ulster, Magee. In my spare time i was always crafting and creating and just really wanted to experiment with different techniques and more feminine, contemporary designs. I combined the skills I learned during university with my hobby and launched “Letter and Lime Design” in 2017 after over 10 years of creating in my spare time.

What/who influences/motivates you?

 There’s no one thing in particular that influences me. Although the couples I work with all have their own individual personalities and I love being able to incorporate that into a physical item that they can share with their friends and families!

 What has been your biggest hurdle and your proudest moment or accomplishment with your business so far?

 Hurdle

One of my biggest hurdles would have been learning not to take things personally. Also putting myself and my work out there has been really hard!

 Accomplishment 

I feel that one of my biggest accomplishments is every time a client trusts me to create beautiful pieces to be used in their special day. I feel so privileged to be a part of it!
